FAQs

How do i use my pass?

To use your Indy Pass, simply walk up to the ticket window and show your physical pass or a government issued ID. They will print you a day ticket, process a redemption for the day and you're free to ski! Some resorts have blackout dates and/or require advanced reservations. Please check the blackout dates page or individual resort pages for more information.

Your pass may only be redeemed once per day and is non-transferrable.

Indy Pass Card (RFID)

The physical Indy Pass will include benefits such as direct-to-lift access at select Indy resorts (participating partners will be announced at a later date), expedited lift ticket pick-up at all Indy resorts, and discounts on products and services from Indy Pass partners. If you lose your RFID Card, you may present a government issued ID at any of our partner resorts and they will process your redemption.

Payment Plans

Pay for your pass in up to three, interest-free installments. Payments are spread evenly starting with your purchase date. Passes must be paid in full to be activated.  As always, our Payment Plan is fully managed by Indy Pass, meaning it comes with zero interest, zero credit checks, and without third-party lenders unlike some of the mega passes. When purchasing your pass, you’ll be prompted with a question asking: Opt into the Payment Plan? Select Yes to sign up.

What is the 200 Resort Guarantee?

If the number of Indy Pass Partner Resorts is less than 200 by November 15, 2024, passholders may request a refund for any unused pass by December 1, 2024, . A passholder can also request a refund for an unused pass by December 1, 2024 if their favorite resort from the 23/24 season does not renew for 24/25.

Renewing resorts for 24/25

Indy Pass expects nearly all current resorts to return, including 100% of its New England partners, such as Jay Peak, Waterville Valley, Cannon, Pats Peak, Bolton Valley, Catamount, Berkshire East, and Saddleback.

How do blackout dates work?

Blackout dates apply specifically to the Indy Base Pass and Indy AddOn Base Pass. Indy+ Passes are not subject to blackout dates.

23/24: You can find the current season's blackout dates here.

24/25: Blackout dates for the upcoming season will be released in the fall.

Capacity Limits

To preserve the experience at Indy partner resorts, restrictions have been placed on the number of passes sold for the 24/25 season. We encourage passholders to purchase early for the best chance of securing a 24/25 Indy Pass.

Will Indy Passes be available to purchase in the fall?

Added capacity will depend on the amount of new resorts added to the pass for the upcoming season. There will be no guarantee, so purchase the Indy Pass as soon as possible to ensure your spot.

Charity, Non-Profits and Donation Requests

Indy Pass is committed to supporting snow sports related non-profit organizations in the communities we serve. Typically our support will involve the donation of a pass or providing a discount promo code. However, due to our start-up status and the limit on how many complimentary passes we can issue, not all requests can be granted. To request a donation, please fill out our Donation Request Form. Your request will be reviewed and a response given within one week. Thanks for your interest in the Indy Pass and for all that you do for snow sports in your community.

Give Indy as a Gift!

It's easy to give the Indy Pass as a gift. Just assign the passholder name at checkout. If the person is age 18+, an email will be sent instructing them to sign the waiver once you complete the purchase. If the person is under 18 (19 in Canada) a legal guardian must sign the waiver.
