New resorts and a new product; a letter from the Director of Indy Pass

Dear Indy Pass Family-
Today we announced that 43 new resorts are joining the Indy Pass. These new options come from 10 different states, 14 countries, and put the total options on the pass at over 270 resorts worldwide.
A limited number of passes are on sale, and this will be the last opportunity to purchase an Indy Pass for this upcoming season. We remain hell bent on not overselling the pass and compromising the sport and culture of skiing.
Our work this year goes well beyond the globetrotting travel and expansion. A large portion of our team has spent the last year at Black Mountain, New Hampshire where we are taking a stand on the closure of that treasured independent mountain. We are committed to building an ownership model that preserves, protects, and promotes what makes skiing and riding special. Please take a moment to follow our progress though part one and part two of our journey. Part three is still being lived every day, and we are not giving up.
We are also charging forward with an equally critical project, getting more people turning on snow for the first time. A manageable and welcoming independent resort is the perfect place to make those first turns. Indy Pass is leading a large scale collaboration among some of our partners in launching our new “Learn to Turn” pass. Priced at a $189, this new beginner pass combines three total days of lift access WITH rentals AND lessons included. Every current Indy Pass holder will also receive two shareable $40 discount / referral codes, lowering the price to a remarkable $149.
At one point or another everyone reading this was dependent on someone else to introduce us to the sport. Let’s all think hard about who in our lives we can share the joy of skiing and riding with. If you need a third (or 4th or 5th) code discount code, you can personally e-mail me at [email protected] . Let’s fill up my inbox.
We all have a role to play in keeping skiing independent.
