Entabeni adds eleven talented team members to growing staff

The new members will support the continued growth and expansion of Entabeni Systems, Indy Pass, and Black Mountain

JACKSON, NEW HAMPSHIRE— Entabeni Systems and Indy Pass announced the addition of 11 new team members to support continued growth and expansion, following the recent announcement that the companies will relocate their headquarters to Black Mountain, New Hampshire.

"Our team deeply cares about independent ski areas and what they stand for," Entabeni Founder and Managing Director Erik Mogensen commented. "These additions allow us to thoughtfully grow the passion, purpose, and impact that Entabeni Systems and the Indy Pass have become known for."

John DeVivo, known throughout the industry as JD, has joined Entabeni as Operations Officer and reports directly to CEO Erik Mogensen. A highly respected ski industry veteran with 40 years of experience, JD spent the first 16 years at Sunday River, where he rose from college intern to a director-level leadership role. JD is widely known for his impressive rebuild of Cannon Mountain, New Hampshire. Most recently, as the General Manager, he helped revitalize and stabilize Antelope Butte Ski Area in WY.

Ellen Chandler, a New Hampshire native and longtime ski industry leader, joins as the Nordic Partnership Manager. A former NCAA competitor on the Fischer Marathon Team, she has held marketing, operations, and public relations roles at various resorts, most recently, Jackson XC. She was recently honored with Ski New Hampshire's Al Merrill Award for her outstanding contributions to New Hampshire's Nordic ski community. She will lead the growth of the Indy XC Pass, the first product of its kind to provide affordable access to a network of more than 40+ Nordic destinations worldwide.

Andrew Glasfeld has been promoted to Chief Product Officer and brings more than 30 years of experience in the ski industry technology sector. He worked as an analyst with American Skiing Company for over 9 years, then transitioned to Accesso and Siriusware. There, he spent 15 years growing from software engineer to Director of Engineering. Andrew will oversee Entabeni’s product organization, including product vision, strategy, and roadmap development, to ensure alignment with the company’s mandate and the business goals of independent ski areas.

Peter Mansfield has been named Director of Data and Analytics. He brings six years of experience in analytics and strategy and previously worked in management consulting, advising outdoor industry clients on growth and go‑to‑market strategy. He most recently served as a Senior Manager on the Season Pass Analytics team at Vail Resorts, where he led data‑driven initiatives supporting the growth of the Epic Pass portfolio. He will lead data strategy across the whole company, from Indy Pass sales to performance at Black Mountain.

Dan Bender joins the team as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, bringing more than 35 years of experience in financial services, asset servicing, and management consulting. He spent 14 years in the asset-servicing industry and more than 21 years advising banking, asset management, and wealth management organizations on risk management, governance, and large-scale operating model transformations. Dan retired from Ernst & Young as a Managing Director in the Risk Consulting practice, where he led strategic engagements for senior executives and boards.

Lonnie Shumate has joined the team as Chief Lift Officer. He brings a lifetime of ski area experience and has held leadership roles ranging from General Manager to Director of Mountain Operations. He has worked at ski areas across the country, including Heavenly Mountain in California, and most recently, Crotched Mountain in New Hampshire. He will support lift operations and innovation at Black Mountain and beyond.

Dominick McKoy has joined the team as a Software Engineer and brings more than 10 years of experience in software development, large-scale product engineering, distributed systems, and AI evaluation. He has held engineering roles with Google, Calibrate Health, Armstrong World Industries, Mobile Programming LLC, and AndPlus, where he designed, coded, tested, and deployed features across modern web, backend, and production systems.

Natalia Stasiewicz has joined the team as Accounting Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Previously, Natalia held various positions with Transamerica Retirement Solutions, including Finance Manager and Lead Financial Analyst. Before moving to the Mount Washington Valley full-time, she was the Accounting Manager at Hawks Cay Resort in the Florida Keys.

After helping deliver another remarkable season on the front lines of Black Mountain, Abby Fittro, John Capps, and Mike Hagen have joined the Operations team and will support Entabeni and Indy Pass partners.
