We know you have many options when it comes to where and how you ski, and we’re incredibly thankful you’ve purchased a pass with us. Every visit you make this season with your Indy Pass directly supports the independent ski community, and we hope you will uncover new favorite ski areas along the way.

Select ski areas overseas are already open, and the rest of the map isn’t far behind. Before your first day on snow, make sure your account shows a green “Ready to Ski” status and that your mailing address is up to date so your physical pass arrives on time.

READY TO SKI CHECKLIST:

1. Upload Your Photo

Every passholder must have a headshot uploaded before their pass can be activated, printed, and shipped.

To upload your photo, navigate to the dashboard in your Indy Pass account and click 'Upload Photo Here' for any user missing a photo. If you have kids or other people linked to your account, scroll down to Linked Passholders and upload a photo for each person.

Photo requirements: Please remove hats and eyewear so our member resorts can easily match you to your pass in our system.

2. Sign Your Waiver

Each passholder in your account must have a signed waiver before we can activate, print, and ship their pass.

To sign a waiver, navigate to the dashboard in your Indy Pass account and click 'Sign Waiver Here'. Parents or guardians must sign for anyone under 18 (19 in Canada). Other adults in your account will need to log in and sign separately.

3. Verify Mailing Address

Please make sure the address you provided is your current/active mailing address.

We will ship all passes in your account to this address. To update your address, navigate to the dashboard in your Indy Pass account, scroll down, and click 'edit' if necessary.

If you've moved since last season, please update it. A reprint/reship of the pass will require a $10 fee if the original shipment has already been sent to the provided address.

4. Add-On Pass Verifications

Purchased an Add-On Pass? Log in to your account and submit proof of your unlimited Season Pass at an Indy Partner resort.

To complete Add-On Pass verification, navigate to the dashboard in your Indy Pass account and click “Upload Verification Here”.

You can upload a photo of your pass or your purchase receipt. Your proof must clearly show your full name, pass type, resort, and valid year.

Your Add-On Pass will activate once we approve your verification. Our fully human CS team completes verification, which can take up to four days to process. Please submit your proof well before your first day on snow.

5. Payment Plans

On a payment plan? If you have opted into the Payment Plan, you will not be able to ski/ride on your Indy Pass until it’s paid in full. Our payment plan hits on the 20th of each month. You can email us to pay it off sooner if you’re in a rush to hit the slopes.

We will, however, be able to ship your physical pass before it’s paid off.

Using Your Indy Pass

We’ll begin shipping to folks with a 'Ready to Ski' status soon. In the meantime, once your pass is activated, you can use a government-issued ID, such as your driver's license, to redeem Indy Pass days at open resorts.

Before you go skiing, check blackout dates and reservation requirements for the resort you're headed to. It's the difference between a powder day and a parking-lot day. A list of resorts with blackout dates and/or those requiring advance reservations is live on our site. This list may change ahead of the 26/27 winter, as resorts share their details with us.
