Instructions for Redeeming Your Tickets

Passholders must visit the Dorukkaya Ski Room located at Kaya Palazzo Kartalkaya Ski & Mountain Resort to redeem a lift ticket. The ski room is open from 09:00-18:00. Tickets must be redeemed here for access. Click here for directions.
