Indy Ski Pass Terms and Conditions (the “User Agreement”)
Welcome to Indy Pass!
This User Agreement (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") is a binding contract between you and Indy Ski Pass, LLC ("Indy"). It governs your purchase, activation, renewal, and use of any Indy Pass product, as well as your rights and responsibilities as a passholder.
By purchasing, activating, or using any Indy Pass product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and any referenced terms, policies, or webpages available on Indy’s website. If you purchase an Indy Pass for another individual, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that individual to this Agreement.
Indy may revise this Agreement from time to time. Unless otherwise noted, a revised version becomes effective when posted to the Policy Updates Page. By continuing to use your Indy Pass after a change takes effect, you agree to the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you may cancel your Indy Pass. Some Partner Resorts require purchase of an RFID card for lift access. RFID card purchases are not covered by your Indy Pass and are at the discretion of the Partner Resort.
Resort Access and Travel Restrictions
An Indy Pass does not guarantee access to any Partner Resort. Access is subject to the Partner Resort being open and having capacity. Partner Resorts may limit or deny access due to circumstances affecting operations. Partner Resorts may impose additional terms, conditions, releases, or waivers as a precondition to issuing access, and compliance is required to obtain a ticket. Indy is not responsible for resort closures or inability to access a Partner Resort due to access limitations outside of Indy’s control.
Travel to certain Partner Resort locations may be restricted by government agencies and may affect your ability to visit specific resorts at specific times without quarantine or other measures. Indy is not responsible for inability to visit a Partner Resort arising from governmental travel restrictions.
You may suffer injuries, illnesses, or other circumstances that prevent you from using your Pass. You are not entitled to a refund due to inability to use your Pass arising from such circumstances. Indy retains sole discretion to address Extraordinary Circumstances. Reservations
To help avoid overcrowding, some Partner Resorts require Reservations. Partner Resorts requiring Reservations are listed here and are subject to change. Indy will make reasonable efforts to keep Passholders informed of which resorts require Reservations, but you are responsible for confirming requirements with the resort you plan to visit. Partner Resorts may cap daily Reservations. Only one Reservation per Pass may be made per day. Indy is not responsible for failure to obtain a Reservation or for capacity limitations at Partner Resorts.
If you make a Reservation and fail to redeem a ticket on that date without cancelling within the Partner Resort’s timeframe, you will forfeit one day’s lift ticket at that resort.
Limitations and Restrictions on Pass Redemptions
Each Pass is for the exclusive use of the named Passholder and may be redeemed only once per day. Only one Indy Pass may be purchased per person, per Season. Passes are non‑transferable and non‑assignable. Pass benefits and Redemptions may not be resold or transferred. Violations may result in loss of benefits and may lead to criminal prosecution by Indy or Partner Resorts.
Indy Pass does not guarantee access to Partner Resorts’ events or special programming beyond the scope of a regular lift ticket (e.g., races, festivals, competitions).
For Innsbruck Ski Resorts, Austria, passholders are entitled to two consecutive daily lift tickets total at any of the Innsbruck resorts listed on the Innsbruck Ski & City Network page. Additional information and restrictions are available on that page.
