Refund Policy

All pass products are non-refundable. All sales of pass products are final with the exception of a pass rollover for those who purchase pass protection. 

26/27 Pass Protection Policy

Pass Protection may be purchased at the time of purchasing your Indy Pass. Each Pass must have a separate Pass Protection policy to be eligible. The Pass Protection Program allows eligible passholders to exchange a current‑season Pass for the next Season’s Pass regardless of price changes. Eligibility requires: (1) Pass Protection purchased at time of Pass purchase for the specific Pass; (2) one Redemption during the current Season; and (3) a written exchange request received no later than April 1 of the current Season.
